1. Do you confess Christ as God in the flesh, born, died, and raised to new life for you? Any answer of yes will do

  4. The power of the Word of God is the power of God himself, for he is always faithful to his Word.
  5. Good, we tend to think, is the absence of evil. But this reversal of the formula can only have disastrous consequences.
  6. Walking in the light doesn't entail a spotless moral record but rather an honest appraisal of who we are.
  7. Our value and our values, our life, our everything is from Jesus Christ given to us as a gift.
  8. God is consistently rooting us in reality—both what is seen and unseen—because that is where he is.
  9. God’s goodness spoke a promise of peace and mercy to the bewildered, a promise that rings out to this day.
  10. Our challenge today is to inspire trust and curiosity so this generation will openly ask the question, who speaks the words of truth?
