Gospel (964)
  1. The confessors at Augsburg remind us that every generation of Christians is called to bear witness to the gospel amid the challenges and pressures of its own age. As they confessed Christ before emperors and kingdoms, so the Church continues to confess Him before the world today.
  2. In the Kingdom of God, there is a difference between knowing danger and letting it rewrite your heart.
  3. Mission begins with vision, with seeing the world with compassion.
  4. Continuing Education Seminars
  5. Matthew records his call. God comes into his life uncalled for and does the unimaginable.
  6. By paying attention to “all” Jesus says in these last words to His disciples, we get a full picture of Jesus and His relationship, not only to the Father and the Spirit, but also to us.
  7. The same words of hope and peace that were entrusted to Israel are available to all, to “everyone who believes” (Acts 10:43).
  8. Those whose lives matter to Jesus show others how they, too, matter. This is part of the Christian’s evangelical witness, to value the people in our world who feel like they have no value.
