1. The church’s song goes on and on, singing and ringing down to us today.
  2. If the Risen Christ is ushering in a new kingdom and a new creation, then maybe we shouldn’t be surprised to see some earth-shaking and mind-blowing things taking place.
  3. Christian peace is not the absence of problems, but it is the presence of God amid our pain and sorrows.
  4. We know God has a plan to bring forgiveness and salvation and healing to people, but we can’t see how it’s all going to work out.
  5. In the midst of our grief and sorrow, there are times when words fail us. When they do, we know that God has given us words that will never fail us. He’s graciously given us his words of hope and comfort from the Psalms.
  6. From all accounts, everyone in Nazareth would have just thought of Jesus as a very good boy who obeyed his parents and worked hard with his father as a tekton’s apprentice in the family trade.
  7. The Word of God, the Eternal Logos, Jesus Christ himself is revealed to us by the power of the Holy Spirit. Little by little, we find that God hands us his story as our own.
  8. All creation joins together to repeat the sounding joy.
