It's thinking that if we can get this specific demographic in our church, and pour into them, we will grow.
One of the prime symptoms that this is happening to the women in your church is that no one wants to teach the women's Bible study, and no one feels qualified to teach or mentor other women.
We talk about ways we can support women teaching other women, and investing in them for the edification of the whole church.
