About Event

Dr. Adam Francisco will teach a three-day CTSFW Continuing Education Course at Messiah Lutheran Church in La Crescent, MN.  All are welcome, but you'll need to register. 

Apologetics for the Twenty-First Century.  

Scripture exhorts Christians to be ready to give a reason (an apologia) for the hope we have in Christ Jesus to those who ask (1 Peter 3:15). This class looks at the history of and various methods employed by Christian apologists past and present, then focuses on addressing a number of charges made against and challenges posed to the faith today.

Adam Francisco

Adam is Director of Academics and Scholar in Residence at 1517. He earned his DPhil from the University of Oxford in 2006 and served as Professor of History, Dean, and Assistant Provost in the Concordia University System for nearly two decades.
