Incarnation (6)
  1. This story points us from our unlikely heroes to the even more unlikely, and joyous, good news that Jesus’ birth for us was just as unlikely and unexpected.
  2. The grain of God’s goodness and grace is made known by many trees throughout the Bible.
  3. God the Father sent us – his wayward, sinful, and naughty children – his own series of Father Christmas Letters.
  4. Jesus is both the image bearer and the image giver. In Jesus’ incarnation we are redeemed and re-imaged.
  5. Every day, in everything we do and experience, we are busy hearing, seeing, and telling stories.
  6. We shouldn’t be surprised when the worldviews of the sub-creators (or their characters) show up in movies, television, books, theater, music, and other works of art.
