00:00 - Introduction
03:53 - Free-for-All (What we've been up to this summer)
17:42 - Main Topic (On Reading Widely)

On episode ONE HUNDRED AND EIGHT of Let the Bird Fly! Mike is joined for the first time in a long time by Wade (it's not clear how Mike feels about this). The two sit down in the middle of summer 2019 to discuss the importance of reading widely for both the laity and for pastors. Before getting to the main topic, however, they decide to catch the audience up on what they've been up to (and perhaps an excuse as to our lack of new episodes lately).
We apologize that episodes have been sporadic this summer. We hope to get back to our regular schedule soon. In the meantime, we hope y'all are having a great summer!

If you're interested in joining Wade and Mike at the 2019 Here We Still Stand conference in San Diego, head over there now to see if there are still tickets available (but hurry, this will sell out). And if you do sign up, remember to use the promo code PNET19 to save $25 off your registration.
