Nicholas Hopman serves as Senior Pastor of Our Saviour’s Lutheran Church in Iron Mountain, Michigan (UP) and has a PhD from Princeton Theological Seminary, specializing in the Reformation in Strasbourg. He teaches at the Institute of Lutheran Theology and is an editor and translator for Lutheran Quarterly. His work has been published by the Neue Zeitschrift für Systematische Theologie und Religionsphilosophie, Lutheran Quarterly, Baker Academic, Fortress Press, and Lutheran Forum.

Together they enjoy time in gyms and on ballfields, traveling, laughs, and an occasional week at the family cottage. Reverend Ryan Matthias has been the campus pastor at Concordia University, Nebraska for the last seventeen blessed years. His wife, Sarah, is a pediatrician/missionary to Nebraskans and Guatemalans. He loves reading, writing, and fishing. He also serves as an adjunct professor of Old Testament at Concordia when time permits. He’s blessed with two adult offspring, Sam: a junior at Concordia, and Sophie: a soon to be freshman.

Kerri L. (Thomsen) Tom is a Professor of English and the Director of the Enduring Questions & Ideas GE curriculum at Concordia University Irvine where she finds great joy in teaching everything from Greek mythology to Dracula. She received her Ph.D. from the Univ. of Mass., Amherst, where her focus was the poetry and drama of the English Renaissance. Her publications include articles on Shakespeare, Milton, Spenser, and Bradstreet. She lives in southern California with her husband and children.

Justin Perdue grew up in Asheville, NC, thinking Jesus was legit but the church was whack. After playing football at Furman and beginning a business career, he was drawn into ministry through solid teaching and church leadership. He now pastors Covenant Baptist Church in Asheville and is the co-host of the podcast Theocast. Justin lives in Asheville with his wife, Michelle, and their four children.
